You can then choose which recommended products you would like to add to your cart and proceed to checkout. Alternatively you can click on our ‘shop’ tab and buy directly your favorite products.
A: Currently we are only shipping within the UAE but will keep you posted on when we expand our horizons!
A: Yes, we offer cash on delivery. But cash on delivery orders are not eligible for a return or refund.
A: Remember to inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with seals in tact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders that do not meet these requirements can not be returned.

A: If your order is cancelled within 1 hour we will process the refund which will show in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
A: We make sure all products are packed well and safely delivered to our customers. However, during transit, it is possible for mistakes to happen. If this occurs, please contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com with pictures attached to arrange for an exchange.
A: All payments are made through a third party secure payment gateway - Checkout.
A: We are not a subscription service. You can place an order for products whenever you wish. The same applies for replenishments of products that you fell in love with!
A: For orders below AED 200 we have a delivery fee of AED 10. For orders above AED 200, delivery is free.
A: If you have selected the cash on delivery option, then you will need to provide the courier with the exact amount upon delivery.

A: We cannot offer an exchange unless you have received a damaged product. If you have received a damaged product, please send our customer service team an email to email@example.com with a picture attached as soon as you receive it.
A: Once you have fully paid for the products and are happy with them, you can open them and enjoy your new routine. Please note that if you open the products they will not be eligible for return.
A: You can simply head to our ‘shop’ tab and add your favorites to your cart and proceed with checkout.
A: We cannot accept a return or refund you for products you have opened or damaged.
A: No worries! We know these things can happen. We recommend cancelling your order (if it is within the first hour) and placing the correct order. If you’ve already received the products, arrange for a return and place the order again.
